Five judges participated in a blind tasting
and were instructed by Janet Abbott,Water Sommelier, to look,
sniff and taste each water using guidlines similar to those
in a wine tasting. The water attributes considered were apperance
for clarity, aroma ( there should be none), taste, (clean and
fresh), mouth feel (welcome), and aftertaste (organic, sometimes
sweet). Waters were tasted in five separate flights for the
evening.
