Marlin's water is superior to
the general run of mineral water. The rare combination
of both natural heat and laxative action are not
commonly found in the same water.

The Chamber of Commerce hosts
an open Pavilion with a four-spout fountain with constantly
running thermal water. A public footbath
is available to soak your feet as long as you wish.
Benches are plentiful for a rest and to visit with
folks who come to the Pavilion to fill water jugs
for drinking for the high magnesium content. |

Marlin became the nation's first
permanent spring training camp for Major League Baseball
teams in the early 1900's.The
New York Giants, Cincinnati Reds, Chicago White Sox, Philadelphia
Phillies and St. Louis Browns all came to Marlin to "take
the waters" at the Arlington Hotel bathhouse.
