Thermal Soaking

To truly benefit from thermal soaking, allow nature to guide you.

Equip yourself with: A Robe - Footwear - Towel - Quality water to drink.

Rinse your skin, head to foot. Cleanse your mouth. Begin hydration by drinking some water. Ease into the water. Thermal temperatures range from warm to very hot. The hotter the temperature, the more hydration and cooling are needed during the soak. Take up to 10 minutes at first. Cool down by getting out of the water or showering with cool water. You may return to the water for periods of time, not to exceed 20 minutes. Then hydrate and cool down.

When you are completely satisfied, come out of the water and wrap in a robe to cool down. This is the crucial time for REST. Vitality increases and the body is restored to homeostasis. Perfect Balance.
